Origin:
Porcine meat and bone meal are natural sources of protein and minerals, including calcium and phosphorus. They are used as ingredients in the food industry for PET, fish, poultry, and other non-ruminant species.
The raw material is collected from inspected slaughterhouses (SIF) and is 100% of porcine origin for processing in our plant.
The flour is free from any type of additive that increases its natural protein.
Physical Properties:
Presentation: solid, in the form of flour;
Color: light, with shades of brown;
Aroma: typical aroma of pork, without rancidity.
The product is treated and free of Salmonella or any other pathogenic agent at the loading time.
To ensure that the product reaches its destination within these standards, a suitable stabilizer/antioxidant (BHA/BHT or equivalent) is added at 150-200 ppm min .
Packaging: In bulk or big bags of 1,300 kg each.
Storage: In a clean, airy place, at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
